Fees

We understand that intellectual property (IP) matters are important and, as a result, legal and other fees in those matters can be significant.  We also understand that clients have budgets.

With that understanding, our philosophy regarding fees is simple.  First, our fees will be reasonable.  Second, our fees will provide you with certainty.  To those ends, we offer flexible fee options for our services: (1) hourly rates, with capped fees or not, (2) flat fees, (3) contingency fees and (4) a combination of two or more of the foregoing.
