2014 IP Institute in NYC

On December 4, 2014, Dean Pelletier will be a panelist at the 2014 IP Institute in New York City.  The 2014 IP Institute is presented by The Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy at NYU School of Law and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

The panel on which Dean will be serving is addressing Trade Secrets: Expanded Extraterritorial Reach under Evolving U.S. Law.

Dean represented Amsted Industries, the prevailing complainant, in the high profile trade secret case, TianRui v. ITC, 661 F.3d 1322 (Fed. Cir. 2011). Extraterritoriality was an issue addressed in that case.
