2014 AIPLA Trade Secret Law Summit

Dean Pelletier will be one of several speakers at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Trade Secret Law Summit in Santa Clara, CA on December 4-5, 2014.   Dean will be speaking on December 5 and his presentation is entitled, Trade Secret Law Needs An Informed Protective Measures Template.

Dean is co-chair of the AIPLA Trade Secret Best Practices Subcommittee, which has prepared an informed protective measures template, Ten Protective Measures for Trade Secrets (TPMFTS).  TPMFTS will be discussed as part of his presentation.
